The Good playground games consistent method of learning is easily implemented through simple computer programs and the Internet for an unlimited number of students. At the same time, students of the same group can be located among themselves over long distances and even live in different countries. For realization of a consecutive method of education in various modern fields of knowledge (mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, genetics, biology, applied sciences, engineering) for a wide range of students from high school students to specialists of academic level the Democratic Internet Academy (DIA) is offered. There is no limit on the number of students and teachers in the DIA. For example, for Russia at the initial stages it can be 15 grades of 3 people in a group with a total number of more than 7 million people, which is about a third of all students in Russia. At 19 ranks in this way it is possible to cover already about 500 million people, i.e. almost all students of the planet.
Groups may be different in number. For example, for employees of the Academy about 265 thousand people in a group of three, and for more than 11 million students and pupils in a group it is possible to reduce to 2 people (Table 1). This would allow for an even more individual approach to training. It should be noted that there are more than 41 students per staff member of the Academy, which is 4-6 times more than in modern universities.
The formation of the Academy starts from the top down. The Academy is headed by an administration headed by a DIA rector. The Rector also heads the second rank administration group, etc. Then, according to a similar scheme, the staff of the DIA is transferred to the academic and faculty staff. Then the staff is transferred to the student and school staff. The supposed primary school staff is at the fifth – sixth grade level and above the modern secondary school.
The work and training at the DIA comes down to the following. Employees of the group regularly receive an assignment from their team leader. They get acquainted with the received task and grade it in points, for example, on a three-point scale – 3 (good), 2 (satisfactory), 1 (unsatisfactory). Points count towards the leader and determine the leader’s rating. The assignment is done individually by employees and presented in the form of personal reports. This allows for competition among employees in the quality and speed of the assigned individual task. The reports are then passed on to the team leader and team members. Employee kindergarten sight word list reports are also scored and credited to each employee.
The time it takes to issue the assignment and get the results determines how often the academy ranks. At the general education level, the clock frequency can be 24 hours. For example, a student is given a theory by 6 p.m. and is asked to solve one or more tasks based on this theory and the decision to submit the next day before 6 p.m.. A delay in issuing a task or failing to submit a report on time is rated as the lowest score of “1. A good solution of a given task is automatically scored with a “2” point. And an excellent solution of the task with the point “3”. At the faculty level, a similar task may be given for a week, and at the academic level for two weeks or more. All tasks by the manager and reports on them will be stored in the DIA archive on copyright.
